They ran water along the foundation to test. The owner and his wife work as a team. They explained the cause, treatment, and what to look for in the future. The cost was $360. I was thrilled since previously a basement waterproofed had told us we needed a trench and sump pump costing almost $4,000. The dry wall does need to be repaired. But we know the problem is now solved.

He replaced the receptacles, fixed a water softener line and installed a new gas range. All these things for less money.
