The person who answered the phone when calling was, in my book, the worst Customer Service rep for this company anyone could hire. She was vague and told me lie after lie regarding many aspects of this project. That issue has been resolved. Fortunately, Stephen took care of our issue personally and all worked out for the best! The Installation crew (Rob and his 2 Assistants) were the best! They were cordial, knowledgeable and informed us with every aspect and any changes that needed to be made. They were awesome. In conclusion, Outdoor Installations came through with flying colors and would highly recommend."

"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

"Tye and his partner were wonderful! They were friendly and interacted with me on a regular basis. Reasonable price. He took care of getting the permit-which is when we found out that fence permits are only issued for coated chain link. This increased the price but the cost was still good by comparison. They work evenings and weekends and always let me know when they would be there. Also, my dog doesn’t know what to do with the space! He loves it!"
