"The subcontractors from Home Maintenance Associates Inc. Company did an excellent job. I was very pleased with the quality of their craftsmanship. They did very good carpentry work. They had to work about 20 feet off the ground in order to build the scaffold; it was a difficult project. They did a very good job with that. They were pricey though. I had some twenty estimates as it was a difficult deck to build since it was high off the ground. However, I was not impressed with them as I was with Home Maintenance Associates Inc. Company. I decided to go with them because I felt that they had the experience to do the job. I felt that I just ended up paying for that experience. They showed me lots of pictures of the decks they had built in the past. That convinced me more that they can do the job and they did. My experience with scheduling them and everything else went very well. However, they were working on other jobs on the same time so they were delayed a couple of times. It wasn't an issue with me because I wasn't in any rush. I also knew that if I had an issue with the delay they would have given preference to my job. The final deck looks very good. However, the wood is withering pretty quickly, but I can't blame them for it because they just chose what was available. I would use them again in the future."

"I contacted SouthFace for an estimate on replacing the siding on my home, exterior painting and repair some rotted wood sections. Johnny contacted me and scheduled a time to come and provide an estimate in a timely manner. The estimate was competitive and they were willing to work with my timelines as we were having a pool installed and needed to wait until the pool builder was finished before beginning the siding job. Once I gave SouthFace the notification that I was ready to begin the work they had materials delivered within a couple days and the demo/repair began the following week. I was pleased with the ease of communication with Johnny and his team during the work and we are very happy with the final product. "It has gone very smoothly, I worked with Alfred Pickett, (205) 837-1011, who quoted the job, scheduled the job with one of Authentic Restoration's roofing crews. It is Alfred who stood fast that our roof was damaged and likely that our insurance adjuster would approve coverage payments. This occurred on an incredible day when I coincidentally paid a home inspector to inspect a small area on my roof that another "sub" of mine had patched. Alfred was standing nearby and we didn't say a word that Alfred was a roofer. I asked the Home Inspector to check our roof while he was up there - and he came down and told me the roof was not damaged by hail! When the inspector left, Alfred showed me on his "Tablet" the picture he took of our roof and there were many pale charcoal-colored spots in the picture. This was the hail damage we suspected that occurred in April 2017. Our terrific Cincinnati Insurance Co. paid all of our $40,638 roofing/new gutters bill except a $2,500 deductible that we happily paid. Authentic Restoration performed a great job on our home's roof and (don't forget) gutters. I am so big on Restoration that we got my youngest Stepson's home re-roofed due to hail damage also, and happily this home was covered by Cincinnati Insurance also (hail damage). In addition, I've led, so far, two of my neighbors who own luxury homes with hail-damaged roofs to Alfred and they are getting new replacement roofs covered by insurance. Alfred has also made things easy in doing our two jobs and I am very fortunate that we crossed paths because he has saved my wife and I some serious money and made it easy!!"

Their work is excellent quality with meticulous attention to detail. They came when they said they would, they worked all day, they did an excellent job without taking shortcuts, & they cleaned up after themselves.
