Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Tucson, AZ

"Had a water heater go back and they determined that it was probably still under Kenmore parts warranty (since only 2 yrs old) so recommended I first call they to see (and it was where I got a free replacement through Kenmore) rather than have them do anything, so I greatly appreciated that. Since they determined that 15mins into the service call, I had them also replace an old external water spigot that was hard to turn on. They did a great job with that, even replacing the bib pipe since it had rusted and had minimal breaking into the wall."

"We noticed there's no cool air on Sat. night (08/04/18). Basically, both Furnace (air blower) and Condenser (outside cooling compressor) suddenly stopped working after 11 PM. Fortunately, it was at night, but still ensured the ~87 degrees heat overnight. What happened?! I replaced the 20+ years condensation water pump by the furnace in the afternoon, the old one had some cracks and couldn't have good suction to get rid of water, thus some overflows overtime. After I replaced the pump, I lavage the water draining tube a bit higher than it was before which I thought was okay. How wrong I was!! Because the condensation water backflow to the furnace instead of the water pump, and furnace has a mechanism to shut down the compressor to prevent flooding and damaging the equipment. The fix I searched Angie’s list and it recommended 4 A/C repair companies; Signature Cooling responded first the next morning at 8 AM. And its technician/owner, Brandon was punctual, courteous, and professional. He identified the issue right away and checked the Freon pressure, and the HVAC computer too. With more than 30 min spent, he did NOT charge us anything and just asked for future checkups and referrals. Definitely we will."

"We highly recommend ACS as a qualified provider. As a customer of their products and services you really don't appreciate a company till a time of need especially here in Arizona. Beginning with the 24/7 report line to the office staff, dispatch and field personnel all communicating with each other and more importantly keeping you the customer informed and safe. Their notification process for security as well as their health and welfare protocols add to the experience whether it be installation or service. Thank you."

"We called for repair or replace on our water heatet. Inspection was made the same day and a new water heater was installed the next morning! Prompt professional service!"

"Very professional. The estimate was good, not low and not high. They assigned a top plumber to the task with a large number of assistance to get my job done. The plumbing installation was a work of art! You can always tell when someone is a true craftsman that takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. One important note. There was no pressure sales or up selling. I wanted a particular brand for water heater and they supplied without any issues. Likewise I provided my own water softener and they installed the loop and connections. They are a quality company!"

"I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. I highly recommend this company to all - and have passed their info to all my friend and family. I will be using them only for all my HVAC, plumbing jobs - and they even do electric jobs as well. The staff at the office (Gina/Casey/Yandai) over the phone - are very professional and courteous as well - and the best part is their appointment system - they have text message reminder 24 hours ahead - and also when the tech is in route - they inform you with their profile picture and name and bio details, so you know when and who is arriving at your door step. Excellent service - keep up the good work - and I will be using you all from now on. Thanks again for the excellent work. Kishor Shrestha"
