"We called and explained what happened and that water was running ALL over the basement floor as I was speaking with them. They were NOT ONLY THE "FIRST" company to get us in BUT they were the "MOST" reasonably priced and Sal's does the "BEST" WORK!!! "THANK GOD" they didn't try to milk me considering it was an "EMERGENCY" and I was ALREADY FREAKING OUT. They came in replaced the Hot Water tank and cleaned up 98% of the water on the floor as well. Another technician came out to replace the motor and a few other parts within a week (we still had heat and we chose to schedule it this way). The technicians were prompt, polite and professional. Everything is much quieter in our house now. Very satisfied."

"When installing a new refrigerator, the knob to turn the water off fell off in the service man’s hand and water was going everywhere. We had to turn the water off to the whole house. In a panic I found Home Advisor and after inputting my info, Amy from Mr. Rooter called within five minutes. After looking at her schedule, she said a tech would show up in 30-60 minutes. Don’t remember the time exactly, but Mike D. showed up in about 35-45. After inspecting the problem, he gave me an estimate. He said that there was a slow leak that had messed up the drywall and he had to cut it out. He installed all new pipes, bought a 2x4 because the new box was smaller than the old box and basically redid the entire site. Mike was so nice and explained everything he did. He realized that I was stressed and made every effort to make this process as easy as he could. If the service men would have brought the new refrigerator inside, Mike D. would have installed it for me. (They came back later and there were no issues installing the new fridge). When I first got the estimate I thought it was high, but I had no choice. In retrospect, I received much more value for my money. I will hire Mr.Rooter and Mike D. for any future plumbing projects."

"Very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Out of the three quotes I received, his quotes were the fairest and he was the most experienced. In fact he saved me money by telling me what didn t need done! I have a full house renovation that was built in 1947 with all original plumbing and drains. He installed whole house PEX plumbing, all new drains, ran new gas lines inside and outside for a pool heater, and installed a hot water heater. He also was able to do work the other plumbers were hesitant to do, such as replace our water meter where the water main comes into the house. The work was done very well in the efficient timeframe he estimated. He also gave us sound guidance on how to prioritize our future work and what it would involve. All workers were professional in appearance, polite, and very friendly. He was also extremely flexible working around our concrete contractor who inconveniently show up to pour a new sidewalk the same day he was here to complete this huge job. I have only praise for his customer service and not one complaint. I just found my plumber for all future projects! I m just thrilled."
