Dean had come out prior and spent a tremendous amount of time going over all the possible improvement work I wanted done and gave me bids for each particular task. "Mike quoted us $1200 to repair our leaning, sagging, crooked aluminum fence (13 fence posts needed new footing, 1 needing repair). The job was the make it level and straight. He sent a crew of 2 guys who spent a bit less than 1.5 hours on the project with only some concrete provided. They did fix the lean and sag but the fence was still crooked, and they didn't attempt to fix that. A broken fence post was not repaired as bid out. I complained about this to Mike and said that $1200 would be fine if they actually fixed the fence per the job request, but he suggested he just keep the $500 deposit and leave the fence as-is without completing the rest of the job. I accepted that."

Asked us to move aour truck from the driveway and began on the pin oak.  I went out to go somewhere when they were half through, and they stopped me and asked how it looked.  When I returned an hour or so later, they asked again how I liked it and if it was as I had requested.  Then they called me out when the trimming was completed and asked once more if it was done to my satisfaction.
