I have small dogs and was concerned about exposure, but before I could raise the concern Brandon took extra measures to ensure that my pets are safe. His team is friendly and always show up on time or early. I was offered an annual plan, which seemed reasonable priced, and Brandon has adjusted the strategy based on my individual needs with no changes to my rate. "Will hire this company over and over again. The process was seamless! I appreciate that they use a one way cage where the rodent exits the area and can not reenter...so there is no capturing the rodent...the rodent is free to go on his/her way. "When called to make an appointment, the customer service was great. The technician that came out was thorough. The fee to spray the house one time was a little steep, I still had some pests hanging around but not nearly as much as there was before the spray. I would consider using this company again but I think I would call around to see what other companies charge for a one time house spray."
