You hope the GC will show up as transparent, a really good communicator, and someone in whom you build trust that the price is fair and the work is high-quality. Gary and My Flippin’ Family (funky name!) were all those things, TIMES 10. Honored every deadline. Was incredibly communicative with photo updates of the work and accurate estimates (no surprises!). Most importantly, the work was so high-quality…solid, polished, and everything we hoped for. We did remodeling — some wall takedowns, rewiring, countertops/cabinets work, baseboards, painting, new flooring, laundry room install, and more. I would hire Gary and his crew again *in a heartbeat*.
