"They responded very quickly, described everything found during an inspection,. They gave me all the options I could choose from and gave examples from previous customers (without any kind of identifying information) on each type of protection. It was a bit expensive, but not out of line with other quotes. The raccoon left that evening and was not able to return. Very happy with the quick response and successful removal. They followed up as promised."

"Value for money was only problem."

"Tommy came to the house within the time window he gave me. We discussed the problem and the best way to deal with bees under a deck in the backyard. He explained what needed to be done. He is a beekeeper and was well informed and educated me on bees. He was a very nice man. He even followed up several days later to make sure there were no lingering problems. He is a real asset to this company"
