"Lance was great from the start, friendly and professional. He was our first bid and after 3 other bids we went with Rhino. We appreciated his responsiveness and we felt at ease knowing he was handling all the details. I am a stay at home mom and having workers in your home for two days is never fun, but Lance made sure they were inside minimally making my experience better.
