"They were great. They arrived when they said they would. Did the job, answered all of the questions that we had. Explained how it all worked as they were doing the job. Then cleaned up everything very well. They were all very friendly and very nice. I am so pleased with the job they did for me. My driveway looks so much better. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their concrete driveway leveled."

"Powerlift came out and had the job done in 2 days. There was minimal damage to the yard and we are told it shouldn't move again. I was very impressed with the quality and timelyness of this company. I hope I never have to call for foundation repair again, but if I do then I trust they will get the job done correctly."

When we moved into our 1930 mansion type home six years ago, I was so disappointed to discover that the huge basement leaked badly after every rain and wasn't going to be as usable as I thought. Over the past few years we tried so many ideas and even hired and quot; The Old Cellar Manand quot;, a popular basement contractor in central Oklahoma (Shawnee), and paid him $8000.00 to waterproof for us. But the basement still leaked just as badly after his work and we almost took him to small claims court. Really frustrating!

We had about given up when I read about Basement Systems on the Internet and ordered their book. We thought it was worth one last try and I cannot believe it, where we once had puddles all along the perimeter and seeping walls, we now have a perfectly dry basement that we've even carpeted! We have a game room on one side and a nice apartment on the other with bed and sectional sofa, etc. Its a dream come true!

I was more than a little suspicious of basement contractors after our previous bad luck, but I soon realized that the Nelson Waterproofing owner, Richard, his son, and the other guys that did the work were genuinely honest, hard working, knowledgable, and even very nice, fun, and cheerful. I really do trust these people and they know what they are doing and I really enjoyed having them in our home. They even came back to help with a little problem our carpenter caused which has been resolved nicely.

The downsides to their work would just be the huge mess it makes. They do a pretty good job of cleaning up, but you are still left with a heavy layer of fine powdery concrete dust on every square inch on anything in your basement, and its very hard to keep it off of all your stuff, even if you cover it in plastic. I ended up hiring a local floor cleaning company to clean the concrete floor for us.

Also, Nelson Waterproofing put up their Basement Systems white vinyl material on the walls (which we have since finished out), and I must say, they are not exactly professional wallpaperhangers, so don't expect perfection there, in case you plan to leave the vinyl exposed.

But all in all, we were very happy with the work they did for us and heartily recommend Nelson Waterproofing.

"They were suppose to be at work at 8:30 I finally called at 10:30 and the ladythatwas in the office was not very friendly) said she didn't know why they were late and would call me back. She called a few minutes later and said they were on their way. About 15 minutes later they called said they were lost. Then about 15 minted later they showed up. They went right to work and did finish the job on time. I was very disappointed in the damaged that happened on the inside of am house which I was not told could happen, cracks in ny wall which were greater than before leveling and damage to tile in my bathroom. Also the crack in the outside brick did not seal completely. A lot of the dirt was just piled up against the house my yardman to remove some of it. After they were finish they gave me a limitation of work provided which should have been provided at the time of the original contact. One of my down spout was damaged and one of the down spouts was sticking out from the house. However they did come back and replaced them.

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Wagoner, OK

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
