"Nick was the service repair guy that handled my dryer repair. He was friendly and efficient. did what he had to do, cleaned up after himself and explained what the problem was. A part was needed but they were able to get the part and install it within the 4 day time frame (out on Thursday and back on Monday morning)."

"They were able to repair my washer the same day!"

"We called Ibrahim because our washer was stopping mid-cycle and the dryer wasn’t drying properly. It was really frustrating and had been happening for a while. Ibrahim got back to us quickly and came out soon after. He was very friendly and took the time to check both machines and explain what was wrong. The washer had a drainage issue and the dryer had a lot of lint buildup. He explained everything before fixing it and was very honest about what needed to be done. He fixed both the washer and dryer and everything has been working great since. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend him and would call him again."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Dean showed up in the time window he gave me. Friendly, and answered any questions i had about the dryer. He even suggested i blow out the vent pipe with a leaf blower. He was courteous and cleaned up all debris from the dryer exhaust. He saved us a lot by fixing the thermostat, and now we don’t have to buy a new appliance. He did a great job! I highly recommend him.!"

"They came out to my home because my sink wouldn t drain and snaked it it was stuffed full of junk but after working it and wiggling it for about an hour or so it finally came loose and started to flow again Thanks to Will at Detroit furnace my pipes are clean ."
