"We are so happy with Prospect Hardwood Flooring! Our old parquet floors were water damaged, so we chose vinyl tile. Through every aspect of flooring replacement Prospect gave us constant status updates, and Chris and Juan were absolutely fantastic installers. This was not an easy job, which took all of us out of our comfort zones. Prospect handled every challenge! extremely professionally. We would HIGHLY recommend Prospect, and especially Chris and Juan! We are so grateful to Angie for recommending this amazing company!"

"Star-floor service was great. They leveled my gypcrete floor in one day in preparation for laying life-proof flooring. They installed my flooring the next day. They were always on-time, professional, and courteous. I'd recommend their services."

"We've had Prospect to our house twice. The first time was an entire floor installation on our main level. Beautiful natural finish red oak. The second time they put the same red oak on the stairs, 2nd level landing/hall, and our master bedroom. Exceptional service and attention to detail. The Installation Team was quick, but detailed - they've done this before, and you can tell. Mike is great to work with and knows the work. Jody in the office was very responsive and so friendly. I'm not sure how my wife found them, but if I need flooring and live in their service area, I know who to call."

"The price was completely out of our budget -- despite what we stated we were able to pay. Additionally, we received 3 other estimates that were 40% cheaper that what Empire could offer AND included materials to cover our problematic stairs -- which Empire suggested staining to match the laminate."

"massod and his team of installers were fabulous! His team has been with him for 18 years and the quality and professional install was obvious. D&S has also installed my hardwood floors and I love them. I highly recommend D & S for all your flooring needs. Dena"

"CONSTRUCTION MASTER LLC did an excellent job installing the flooring in my house. Eli provided an accurate estimate of the materials we needed. The crew working on the floor was professional, hardworking, and punctual, showing up on time every day. They were also flexible and easy to communicate with. After the job was completed, we noticed a few minor issues. I contacted them, and they came the very next day to fix everything"

"I contacted Whitney after having a terrible time with Empire Today. I was in need of new carpet and vinyl flooring in my basement. I really liked a Shaw product that Empire carried and Whitney was able to source that carpet for me. He was extremely responsive and came the day I called him to measure and show color samples to my wife. His pricing was very fair and installation was done within a week of placing the order. Whitney's installers showed up on time, were extremely friendly and professional. This was more than a simple install as my basement has a fairly long staircase with a railing at the bottom that required carpeting around multiple spindles. All of my old carpet and vinyl tile was taken away. Carpet install and flooring install took place over separate days, but Whitney showed up both days to check on the work. There were closet doors that were too tight to be carpeted under which was a failure on my part to explain beforehand that I was willing to cut the doors down to fit. After the initial install, I called Whitney that day and explained that I wanted the carpet to go under the doors and I would cut them down to fit. He had his installers come back within two days to extend the carpet into the closet for me. I have never experienced such excellent follow up from any other home contractor. I would not hesitate to recommend Whitney and Surface Flooring and if I could rate them 10 stars, I would."

"The floors look great, no problem there. Sanding dust was well-contained and cleaned up. However the scheduling (and communication about it) was a problem. The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."
