All of the work was completed on time and we were kept up to date with any changes and with the schedule. His Prices are reasonable and we were able to get everything we wanted done within our budget. Our kitchen and sunroom are now beautiful and functional. "Dave, along with Granite Plus was hired to renovate our kitchen counter. Dave's job was to cut down the counter from bar height to counter height. Expertise in carpentry, drywalling, painting, plumbing and electrical was necessary. Dave coordinated these specialties along with the Granite Plus folks such that the entire project was completed on schedule and without issues. While dust was a given during the project, Dave sealed off the kitchen in a floor to ceiling plastic room and utilized an air purifier to nearly eliminate the spread of dust. Each night his crew "Swiffered" the kitchen clean. Our old sink & plumbing was functional but for only one day! Then, promptly after Granite Plus installed the new quartz countertop, Dave's guys returned to install the new sink, etc. All was seamless! Dave and his crew did such an impressive job, I hired him thereafter to change out 2 ceiling fans, 3 ceiling lights and retrofit the kitchen cabinet drawers & doors with soft closure hardware. Upcoming, Dave has been hired again to perform additional plumbing and electrical work in our condo. You can depend on Dave!"

"We had a one car garage and a family room torn down and replaced with a two car garage, larger family room, mud and laundry room along with a screen in porch. The quality of work was excellent. Communication was top notch, no surprises. Overrun costs were minimal and communicated beforehand. Minimal means less than 5%(likely closer to 1%) of overall cost. My wife and I were also wanting to do some of the finish work to help alleviate costs and Chet and his crew had no problem allowing that along with communicating exactly what they were doing and what we would do. In short we would certainly hire them again. We actually did to do some repairs on an unrelated project and are planning on having them back for a few other projects."

"Excellent Job. 2nd time I hired this company. Why, because of their craftmanship and attitude. I don't hire them for little jobs, but ones that take days to complete. I had a difficult (near impossible garage door (the one you walk through) that just wasn't closing right, and they said it needed replacing, but also found a rotted stoop. Replaced the frame and stoop, caulked and cleaned the area and took away the old wood and frame. In my bathrooms, they cleaned the old caulk off my tub and floor and re-caulked, and caulked around a pipe in the wall. Fixed hand railings, door handles and mitigated a drainage problem and did some painting. Try them, and you will agree with me."

"Rich did a remodel of our kitchen. The house was built in 1921 and we expected that there could be some plumbing and electrical issues behind the walls. Even addressing those issues, the work was completed two weeks early and the budget was not impacted much! Thanks to Rich we have a great beautiful new kitchen."
