The shut off valve is in ox that had deteriorated over the years allowing water to stand it and corroding the valve. The faucets had gotten corroded; and, they could not be rebuilt so had to be replaced completely. Our house is 37 years old, so plumbing parts do not always match and it required finding new parts that will. He completed the job in a very professional manner. He definitely went above and beyond to help us out while he was here. We liked that he gave us a quote for the completed project.
