"Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! That was amazing, and along with their many exemplary reviews, I had to check them out further and made a call. Jim DelPrete, President came out to visit with me in short order and assessed my particular and specific roofing needs and presented all the relevant options and recommendations and some needed do’s and don’ts. After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. "Adrian and his crew are excellent and we could not be more pleased. You can see the professionalism and craftsmanship in his workers by the way they work efficiently without rushing. They work very hard and do a good job of cleaning up after the fact. Their attention to detail was noticeable. We would definitely use Fereirra Co, again, and I have recommended him to others. Adrian is very easy to talk to, no pressure, no push to upsell services. He said his quote wouldn't be the very lowest or the highest and he was spot on. I had five estimates from various roofers, ranging from $8k for a barebones two man operation to $23k from the fulltime salesman with a well known large roofing company who tried to sell me on the benefits of custom flashing and offered $2k off if I signed that day. I wanted the siding pulled back on my house to have the flashing and rubber sheeting up the side above the lower roof to avoid issues with ice and leaks in the future. Other roofers wanted to charge me from $1800-3000 for that extra work. Adrian included it in the price of his initial quote - he said he always does that work because it is the right way to do it. His crew moved all the vents and vent pipes on the roof back away from the roof edge to avoid the possibility of future issues with ice dams. They also painted the vent pipes to match the shingles. We needed a number of sheets of plywood replaced due to prior damage in the attic. Adrian quoted me a price to strip and replace an estimated number of sheets. We ended up needing more sheets and a couple rafters replaced due to additional damage not seen before. He only charged me for materials for the additional sheets of plywood as he had promised to do before hand."

"LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"
