"3/2019 they installed new toilet and replaced drain pipe in my basement utility sink. He picked up the parts from Home Depot and installed as promised in a efficient and professional manner. On 8/8/2020 I called after having no hot water and not being able to get the pilot to light on my hot water heater. Mr. Georgini was was patient and helpful. He asked me to send a picture of the water heater control and talked me through the process staying on the phone until my problem was resolved. Pilot was just slow to ignite. He was honest and saved me a service call. He did not pretend that it was a bigger problem than it was. Would definitely hire again for next plumbing need."

"Jack came and took a look at the problem and was back the next morning with a helper to do the job. They did a great job. They put sheets of plywood on the ground to catch all the mud they had to dig out, to protect the surrounding area. He also showed me the old piece of pipe, which was the problem, due to a previous, "shoddy" repair. And when the job was done, he was very responsive to my concern about "no"" cold water pressure. He checked all faucets and made sure everything was back to normal, before he left."

"Unique Indoor Comfort replaced my very old oil heaters with new high efficiency gas furnaces in 2 houses (mine and a rental). 120,000 BTU and 100,000 BTU. They were absolutely above and beyond anything I could have expected. The sales person that came out (Chris) was extremely knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable. The installs were done over 3 days and the workman (Ricky and Brian) were extremely professional. These were fairly complicated install jobs, but they accomplished them so smoothly and professionally, you would never know. The new ducting was immaculate, the pipes were run perfectly, they taped everything, provided a tutorial on the unit, and left it perfectly clean. I've had a lot of contractors over the years and I could not think of a better company to recommend. I almost never bother with reviews, but these guys definitely deserve it. A 5 star company."

Then we asked him to repair a few boards on our wooden deck. He did a great job with that as well. He is professional and reliable, and does good thorough work. We are pleased customers. "No repair this time. New sump pump & some piping installed. Great job. Grayson was friendly, courteous and respectful. Only bad thing, I thought 1,290.00 was way to high for literally less than an hours work, literally less than 1 hour. Original plumber's quoted price was 675.00 but he never called back to schedule replacement. I was so tired of the malfunctioning pump and just wanted to get it replaced and be done with it even though I was not happy about the price. Workmanship and quality wise I would definitely use them again but price wise, not so sure."
