"The plumber responded right away and kept me apprised of his arrival well within the time window they gave me. The plumber was cordial and knowledgeable. He also had resources to contact if there was a special condition with our hot water pipes fed by gas heat. He was very observant and checked the pipes for frozen areas. He was able to create warmth needed to make the hot water flow again. The whole process was smooth and efficient. We are dripping all the hot water faucets also now, not just the cold faucets. Thank you, White's Plumbing and Repair, for helping us in this long frozen period we are experiencing."

"Mike was so responsive and came right away in replacing my water heater. He took the time to explain to me what was needed to replace the unit. Mike and Patrick did an excellent job with the new install. I will definitely recommend their services."

"Rich came out to replace our sludge-filled, overheating, failing old water heater. It was a difficult situation and he took the time and had the patience to do the job right. The fee was under the national average, reasonable. The water heater is located in a closet off the master bath and at first it would not drain. Rich knew just what to do. Took his time to get old one out and did not mess up our house. Cleaned up behind himself and left us with a larger water heater (as requested) and worked out how to fit it into our small location. Replaced all the plumbing to the water heater and now we have a better made, self-cleaning, more efficient electric water heater to provide us with lots of clean hot water."

"It went well.  Fair price, good quality Bryant units.   They did encounter some unforeseen obstacles when replacing the HVAC units, related to poor past contractor work before I bought this house, but they responded appropriately, made things right.  ....Every job has the potential to be more or less challenging for a variety of reasons.  I like that they respond and tried to work with me.  For this reason, I can confidently say to other members that you should use them because if anything unexpected pops up, they will rise to the occasion.

"A team was sent and diagnosed a bad motor. Motor had to be picked up 1 1/2 hours away the next morning. Since weather was VERY cold, they left space heaters for our tenants to use, and replaced the motor the next morning. Way above and beyond excellent service"

"We recently had our furnace replaced and the experience was excellent. The Baker’s team was professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, showed up on time, and the pricing was very fair compared to other quotes we received. Highly recommend them if you need HVAC work."

"Real Electric & HVAC Replaced my heating and cooling system. All the team members were courteous, presented as extremely knowledgeable and experts in the area they were replacing. Mr. Alvarez explained what they were doing before and after the process, the length of time it take to complete the work, left the work area cleaned. They suggest what my maintenance responsibilities were, they wore proper COVID-19 masks throughout the whole process, They covered their foot wear to protect my floors. Overall, it was a positive experience and I we highly recommend them."
