"Preston came out and rescued us on a Sunday evening at 6:30– unheard of! We had a sewer blockage in our basement, he cleared it quickly and efficiently. I recommend him highly."

"True Professionalism and Determination!! My local plumber did not feel he had proper equipment to snake the main septic line from house. Worried about baffles. Diagnosed the problem as a â soft blockageâ in the main septic line between house and tank. This was the cause of the washing machine stand pipe overflowing with water during drain cycle Septic company recommended Ace Electric Sewer. Paul came out with an assistant and dug up the septic cover to try to snake the blockage with a special blade on the end of the snake. That got some movement of water but not enough Water blasted the line from basement side clean out port which sits above the sump pump hole. That finished the job and water was flowing again. Considered a â sludge blockageâ which was probably due to age of house. Never had seen this type of service performed before, but it was truly needed at the end of June 2023 Not the easiest project, fair price, will definitely hire again if needed"

"They arrived on time. Once the drain was working they made sure the entire drain was clear. Great job Thanks John M"

"Great customer service. Sewer line needed repair and all options were quoted in a timely manner. The option I chose was agreed to but couldn't be implemented due to configuration of pipe, while disappointing, the price quoted for this option was used as baseline for option that could be done. Additional time was taken by Mr. Rooter team to review appropriate option to be implemented. Permits were obtained in short order and the work done. Several appointments were required and all were kept on time. The Mr. Rooter employees were polite, professional and committed to providing the best possible solution. If the need arises, I would use their services again and recommend them to others as well. I want to single out their lead, Drew Langley, for his genuine interest in working with me to determine the optimal solution for this problem. I found him to be exemplary in his deportment, attitude and professionalism. Mr. Rooter is fortunate to have him on their team."

"Easy and good service I will recommend this company to anyone who is interested in getting work done."

"Appreciated Bill's use of video inspection system, as I was concerned there might have been something major wrong with the main house to sewer connection. He took the time to run different clearing tips through the main and then did a final visual inspection to be sure main was clear. He was conscientious about minimizing mess...I recommend Bill's Sewer & Drain."

"Ace Electric Sewer Service arrived exactly when they said they would."
