"Caveat Emptor...I would not recommend this company...i thought I had a washing machine problem with water.leaking from below the washer.. I called Angi and within minutes I received a call from this company...owner's wife was very very pleasant ..I explained what I thought was a problem .I was told on the phone that a service charge of $ 50 to evaluate the problem and that if there was a major issue and a repair was made...this $ 50 would be deducted from the total.. fine I said...!!! ..I also thought I had a problem with my range..and was told by her that this would be included in the $ 50...Oran i think was his name was very pleasant..spent 20 min looking at the washing machine..no problem ..soap was spilled on the floor which made it appear that there was a water leak..so..nothing had to be done... he looked at the range..no problem except the knobs had to replaced which I already knew ..he showed me the knobs needed for the range on my Amazon site and told me to order them...all of this took 20 min... his fee was $ 120.00 !! I paid in check. no argument as I was unsure about the fee... the following day I called the company and spoke again to his friendly wife about the fee...did I mis understand ?? . I did not..it was indeed $ 50...so her husband called later to explain why and what he had done for $ 120.. .I still don't understand...he looked at the washing machine...no work was done..he looked at the stove..no work was done...all in less than 40 min ..he said that in any future visits he would give me credit.. LOL...when pigs fly.. by the way the knobs arrived yesterday and they are the wrong size...!!!!"
