Bob spoke candidly and agreed that I was in pretty good shape and the work that needed to be done could wait until the spring. He was reassuring and reasonable. Inspected both chimneys and took out the scam liner that had been placed 11 years ago. He made recommendations as to testing to be done and we both hope the draft tests well show no problems. There was no charge for what he did today...we will address charges to be expected after we know the draft test results. To be taken care of in the spring, 2022."

"Mark S. was very responsive. He reviewed our situation and provided an estimate via email rather quickly. The chimney wall tiles were gradually falling and causing drafting issues. We immediately felt comfortable in hiring Mark and scheduled the work after the holiday. Mark, Ben and Dan arrived promptly and were courteous. They protected the basement storage area from any dust or debris by putting up plastic sheeting and laying down tarp. When they were finished, the area was spotless. The cement patch work on the wall opening was done nicely too. The replacement connections to oil water heater and two oil furnaces looks great as well. "Jim Farley was amazing. He came out on a Sunday, the day after I called and spent 3 hours cleaning nests out of my chimney caps and one lodged in the vent going to my hot water heater. It was lodged so high and so tightly that I am convinced anyone else would have said they couldn’t get to it and left but Jim was so tenacious that he kept at it until he finally got it out. I can’t speak highly enough of Jim and his service."

"George came out and prepared a detailed report with photos on the condition of the chimney. The inspection revealed that I needed a stainless steel liner as well. The job went very well but was more difficult as there were unseen problems when the liner was installed. It took George about a half a day longer but he held to his estimate even though we offered to pay for some of the difference. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his work. The repaired chimney looks great and also has a new cement top on it. We were very pleased with the service that we received and we would recommend them to others! I might add that we had the chimney cleaned a couple of months before the repair work was done. George prepared the estimate for repairs on the day that the cleaning was performed."
