"Ivan is the owner of ZVL Contracting company, and he is very personable and easy to work with. Two of his employees Niko and Juan completed the work on my Pavillion. The work included framing walls, installing 6 windows a storm door and finishing both the exterior and interior walls. From scratch Niko created a beautiful frame for my Octogon (36"x36") window which included at least 6 different types of real wood, a real work of art. Niko and Juan craftsmenship and attention to detail is the best I have seen in a long time. Both my wife and I are very, very pleased with the final completed project. I will be hiring Ivan's company again for any and all future projects and repairs. His company does it all-electrial, masonary, plumbing just to name a few. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work and his employees were very polite and answered any and all questions. Great company you can trust to do quality work!"

"I hired Mr. Bruns to replace my rotting porch. He was quick to return my call and was quick to take a look and offer a quote. The quote was very reasonable, and Mr. Bruns was extremely helpful by describing the process of the rebuild and approximately how long the job would take. From start to finish, Karl was a consummate pro and my new deck looks fantastic, I couldn't be happier. Karl kept me constantly informed of where things were at and what was next. I hired him to also repair a leak coming from the second floor bathroom above the ceiling in my kitchen. Once more, Karl did an excellent job that left everything looking positively fantastic when finished. Even though this project had some unintended snags, Karl handled it no problem and continued to keep me informed throughout. If you need work done, Karl Bruns is the man for the job. I would absolutely hire him again for any other work I'd need done."

"We lived out of town and Sam handled a lot of problems for us that he didn't have too. He also took time to help us pick out different appliances and fixtures. Helped us with ideas for a laundry room when others said it couldn't be done. His sub contractors did a good job for the most part. Needed some minor follow up on some work."
