He was a nice guy and he knew what he was talking about. He got a different type of insulation that I had asked for and installed it on the house. He has his own workers and they are not sub-contractors, which is good. His workers cleaned up well. The roof didn?t leak any more in the garage after it was put on. There were a couple of minor things that had to be taken care of, and they came back and took care of those issues. I had another company that came out and gave me a price that was almost double his price. Bob also told me that if there was any problem, I needed to just call him and he would come over and fix it.
