Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

In the interim, ABES had been bought by OPC Pest Services. This time, we were first introduced to Kemuel, whose job was obviously to sell us. He left us under the impression that the treatment would be comparable to what we received in 2015, though the cost was to be $750. compared to $325.
