"They replaced the entire roof, and they did our downspouts. There was a part on the chimney that needed to be replaced, so that was a part of it. The salesman came when we first asked them for an estimate. He came and looked at the roof, and he came with samples and coloring, so it was about what they do. Then, when we went forward they had a project manager on site from start to finish, so if you have any issues you can reach out to the project manager and it could be rectified. I guess the one thing they failed to tell us, I think they got a wrong email address. We have eaves up in the attic where we do storage. It didn't ding on us that there would be dust and debris. All the stuff in the attic was covered with roofing material and just a lot of dust. If we were told, we probably would have covered all of our things. So, that was the one disconnect. It just would have been nice to know. The pricing was good. Their price was very competitive to others, but there were things that exceeded the others. They're very responsive. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. The project manager was here every day of the job to make sure everything was handled correctly."

"I called Mr. Sexton on 9/6/12 for a estimate of cost for replacing the rotting wood above my porch and the replacement of shingles. He came right out with about 2 hours and gave me a estimate that was about $500 cheaper than previous contractors that I had called to get a estimate. I hired him on the spot. He came out on 9/7/12 with his workers and completed the job. Everything looks good and new. I am very pleased with the work and price I paid for the work. Mr. Sexton and his workers also cleaned all of the old shingles and rotten wood up as they stated they would and left my yard as clean as it was when they arrived. "They did the job. Two people came, Left a year's warranty on their work. The other worker repaired a wall coat hanger at no extra charge. That took less than 10 min. I did not ask for their charge upfront. My mistake. I assumed that it would be reasonable based on Angie's other reviews. I was charged $125 for their driving time from Henderson, about 50 miles and $125 for installation. They were late because they went to the other side of Lake Gaston. Many people get lost but that usually happens once they get inside our subdivision. Don't use this service if it involves travel. <br />"
