Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Wilsons Mills, NC

"I was very impressed with Mr. Chris Massey! I placed a call to him at about 9:10 in the morning to request a quote for a hot water heater replacement. I received his voicemail; however, within only 20 minutes he called me back and was apologetic for missing the original call. I could sense at that point that he was a sincere individual. I explained to him that my electric water heating unit was located in my crawlspace. I also provided him with the dimensions of the tank and its accessibility in said crawlspace. He responded as if he had completed these type of projects countless times in the past. Without even looking at it he gave me a quote right there over the phone. After doing some research I knew that it was a very reasonable one so accepted it immediately. He then told me that he could pick up a new unit and be at my house by around noon. He was actually pulling into my driveway before 11:00 AM. He finished the whole removal/installation process in under two hours and filled me in on everything that he did. He was intelligent, personable and quick. I'd give him 7 stars if I could. This gentleman is truly a class act!"

"What an amazing experience Cape Fear Air Electric and Plumbing was fast, friendly, and very professional!!!! I highly recommend CFAEP!!!"

"Very satisfied with the outcome. The house was not occupied while this work was being done, so I was not present during much of the work to observe the installation of system & ductwork, but it worked beautifully once we moved in and began to use it, a turnkey experience. Twice since then we've had questions (e.g., Can we move the ductwork in one part of the attic to accommodate new attic stairs?), and both times they were very responsive and came out at no charge to me, despite the fact that the work was done over a year ago. I've interacted with both Mike (the owner) and with one of his technicians, and have been very satisfied with the level of customer care I've received. I will use them in the future for our heating & A/C needs.

I am a very positive, friendly, hard working, and disciplined worker who just branched out to start my own company. I have been the senior tech at all plumbing companies I have previously worked at and hold an extensive knowledge on all things in my trade. I would be grateful to partner with anyone on any plumbing projects to help fill holes in my schedule. It would be a blessing lol. Many thanks and look forward to creating good relationships and positive customer experiences! TY

"Never returned three calls after leaving message on 11/11/2013, 11/13/2013, and 11/21/2013, that we needed either a new hot water heater or tankless hot water system installed.

Update: return phone call on 11/22/2013-- see note above. This resulted in a change to my evaluation from F to C overall.
