"I spoke to the company owner Lou Schede on Sunday and we scheduled one of his service technicians to meet me on Monday. I informed him I would like to receive at least one hour notification prior to the person arriving for the appointment. The next day I received a text from the service technician named Kelroy. He later called me an hour in advance of arriving for the service call as Lou had committed to do. Kelroy and his helper went on to diagnose and repair the furnace issue in timely manner. I appreciate, he was making efforts to repair the furnace on this first service visit rather than replace unneeded parts or require an additional (more costly) follow up service visit."

"SILA called to offer their annual heating inspection services given that I was a prior customer. The gentlemen they sent, Ivan, was very knowledgeable and thorough. He went over and above, and spent a lot of time explaining the parts of my boiler to me and likely failure points, gave some recommendations on my aging indirect water tank, and even answered a few questions I had regarding thermostat wiring. He was very patient, and left everything clean and exactly the same was as he had found it. He wore a mask, covered his shoes, and was very respectful. I've used SILA for my annual inspection every year the past five or so years."

"Extremely satisfied.  Company was responsive (My initial call to them was on Xmas Day when I noticed the sewer backed up in my back yard).  They called me back immediately and  agreed to send someone to look at it the next day (after ansering some questions, we agreed it was not an emergency) - they came the next day as promised and even called prior to their arrival.  The plumber assessed the situation and took pictures to send back to Larry.  I spoke with him and agreed to have them come back on Monday when the equipment  needed to address would be available (needed an extra long hose and camera set up given the location of the cleanout cup).  Each time dealt with the company (Larry) he would call to let me know status and options.  On the day they came, Larry and his associate were at my home at the time promised.  Spent nearly 3 hours and all is well.  So although a bit pricey, well worth it given the responsiveness and professionalism of the company.  Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs. <br />"

"Jim from Renz plumbing came to our house twice to check and make sure that we needed a new hot water heater rather than some other less expensive form of service. He is very curteous and professional and tried everything he could in order to avoid the high dollar hot water heater job. Unfortunatly we had to bite the bullet and get the hot water heater. Jim and his crew were quick,and I never even saw the old one go out! The new one was installed and our water was back on within less than 2 hours. They cleaned up after themselves and we had no leaks or any problems at all. Jim returned in a few days to double check the work done and made sure everything was operating properly.
