Our house was build in 1960 and the bathrooms were build more like a bomb shelter than a bathroom. However, they did a thorough job with gutting both bathrooms to studs. In Ann Arbor market where hiring any skilled worker is expensive, I believe that Mark charges quite fairly for the work that he does."
