"Seemed professional and well prepared with structural questions and concerns. Price was about 30 percent more than a price I was given last summer by another contractor we have used and liked. He wasn't available. A 35-40 thousand dollar addition seems to add about half the cost in value to home. My research indicates it takes a few years to capture that value. Patio work would also be required. More cost. A lot to consider, since we won't be here long term. Haven't 100 percent ruled it out. It's a budget issue."

"It went very well. The owner came out, explained everything in detail. He was not pushy, explained his product and left the decision to us. He was very good about answering questions. He knew his product and knew what we needed. When he came out he already he knew what we could use for our condo. He was very honest about how long we would want to stay there and what we could use or need. He was not pushing any product. He answered all questions we had and had other material in his truck he could show up. He was able to come out when we had time available. We mentioned a comment we had seen on Angies List and he addressed those concerns and explained why it would not be a problem for us. It was a very good experience dealing with him. They come out and measures the window, then they have the guy that is going to install them measure again and introduces themselves so you know who they will be. We had another quote that was slightly lower but the quality of the window is better. He is up front and let you know the windows are made to fit."

Dawn and Stonebridge were a soothing influence, with a can do attitude and professional touch that was just what we needed. From selection of the perfect slab of granite, cabinets, faucets, floor tile and tub conversion, Dawn made sure it was done, completed to our satisfaction and in a timely fashion. No complaints here, just a feeling of fulfillment, and that is something we don’t take for granted these days. "I got 3 quotes for work that needed to be done on the exterior of my home and took the middle quote. The company that was doing the job was doing a horrible job. New Star Construction was doing some other work in my neighborhood and they came to look at the job. I ended up having them come and fix the bad work from the previous company and I couldn't be happier. They did a great job and are such great people to work with. They are still calling me to follow up to make sure everything is ok."
