Also did not paint exposed ends of quarter rounds at door openings. Paid a higher price than comptitors offered because of superior ratings. Sales tactics were excellent, went the extra mile to be sure we were getting the best fit but once the job was sold the customer service fell off."

"Had a bathtub taken out and converted to walk in shower unit. The quality seems top notch and installer was great. Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

He even improved the section where the floor meets the stairs despite not necessarily being in the quote. I plan to continue working with him on hand rail install as well."

"Manny has done both our carpet and vinyl flooring. He was very professional both times considering we had them done at two separate times. He ripped out our old carpet and installed new carpet. He did this for our staircase and second floor including bedrooms which is a pretty large space. We also had him come back and install vinyl plank flooring in our mudroom and bathroom. He once again did an amazing job. He got us in quickly and was very helpful when it came to questions we had. Manny is a super hard worker and does very good work. We plan to have Manny come back and do our entire first floor with the same flooring he did in our mud room. I would highly recommend him."

Our Floor & Decor product was delayed which pushed back our installation date, but Tom was quick to contact the store to find out what was going on and to reassure us that he was still there and ready to get our job done as soon as the materials arrived. The crew arrived right on time on the first day of install and got to work immediately. They were all friendly, respectful, and communicative. They kept us informed on what they were going to complete each day. We had some unexpected subfloor repairs, but they worked close to 12 hours each day in order to get our project completed on time. "Tony redid the floors across our entire house, ripping out carpet, adding soundproofing, and installing about 1600 square feet of engineered hardwood. He started as soon as we had the materials, and finished it all himself in 4 days. With us living in the house as it was installed with 3 pets, this was not an easy task. He was super respectful and worked with us on rotating which rooms hed work on to keep the cats from getting out and keeping a bedroom open for us to sleep in. Hes quite personable and showed up on time, and good the job done right the first time."

"Technician was very pleasant and seemed competent. He said I was expected to provide the materials. When I objected, he said this was to prevent any padding of materials by the contractor. I advised him that I did not have time to run down materials and would not know what to buy anyway. I said that the last technician from the company purchased the material he needed and I reimbursed him. He said he could do that. I warned him that any padding of material cost would result in a law suit and notification of the attorney general. Later that afternoon, a woman from the company called and said she didn't feel comfortable with threats to her technician. She was very defensive about it, and I cancelled the contract."
