"Ani and his brother were timely, communicative and sent updates when each piece of work was done. The old pool house old building had issues that were revealed as work progressed, and Ani gave me quotes for what each repair would cost. He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. He was clear and direct, which is how I like working with someone. I would recommend A&K construction and will definitely hire them again for future projects."

"We had been considering remodeling our thirty-five-year-old bathroom for many years but couldn't find the right contractor. We started combing through Angie's List and stumbled upon V&S Tile & Bath Remodeling in Latham, NY. We read through almost 100 reviews with an average of 4.82/5.00 stars and thought these guys were too good to be true. Not so! They came in here and in 5 days, as promised, remodeled our entire second-floor bathroom at a very fair price. They replaced our tile floor with marble, replaced the vanity, sink, and toilet, and replaced a tired old bathtub with a walk-in shower that looks like it came out of a home design magazine. They also replaced 2 other toilets in our home while they were here. Were they timely? You could set your clock by these guys! They showed up every morning on time, worked non-stop, and cleaned up as they went, not they made much of a mess at all. I did a lot of this type of work in my younger days so I can be a bit judgmental, but I could not find one single issue with the work they did. Sergey was a pleasure to deal with. He answered emails and texts in a timely manner and did not sneak in any extra charges at the end. He gave us exactly what we asked for. His crew, Alex, Eugene, and Slavo (not sure I have the spellings correct) and his father were fantastic, each one a true craftsman. Trust me, I do not know any of these guys nor do I know anyone who knows them, and I am not related to them. This is a straight-up, 100% honest review. "We hired Farzad to demo a bedroom in our house that had some old paneling and popcorn plaster ceiling. He installed new drywall in the entire room, added some electrical outlets, installed new trim, a new window, new door and LVP flooring. He did an amazing job! I can’t say enough good things about him. He was professional, courteous, fair, and respectful of our home from start to finish. He went above and beyond our expectations. We will definitely be hiring him for more jobs in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for work to be done!"

"We had Climate chief re-insulate the attic of our very old cold drafty farm house. We are thrilled with the finished product. The house was noticeably warmer the day they finished, well worth the cost. I can't believe how big of a difference it made....we should have done it years ago. As far as customer service Climate Chief was 10 stars, they came out, gave us an estimate and had the project finished in less than 2 weeks. Unheard of turn around on a project like that. We normally can't get people to call us back let alone complete the work they promise. The crew was so professional and clean, we joking said they were quieter than all the mice living in our attic. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Would hire them again in a heartbeat."

They do the job the way you prefer it and always ask if you want something this this way or that way as the job progresses. Vito also worked with us when wanted to make changes in a fair way. And also made several suggestions that turned to our favor or that may of helped us save a few bucks. As we are getting close to see that whole project and added project completely finished we are so excited to get to enjoy use our larger floor plan upstairs with brand new bathroom and finished basement down below.
