When we contacted Josh for the quote, he arrived on time, was very attentive to our needs and gave great recommendations and input. He was detailed, proficient and has great attention to detail. His ideas incorporated the style, décor and functionality of our home. Originally we wanted to place a door in our basement, in hopes of obtaining a comfortable temperature that would be comparable with the upstairs, but Josh advised us putting a door would ruin the flow and aesthetics of the house. Josh not only gave us other appealing ideas but more economical ideas to keeping the basement at a more comfortable temperature. As we had already known, the steps on both levels of the house were not sufficiently nailed and glued when remodeled, so the risk to injury was real. Josh immediately addressed the stairs and we now have very sturdy and beautiful stairs. The icing on the cake was the fireplace remodel. I now find myself sitting with a cup of coffee on the steps just looking at the new fireplace. His sketches for our awkward fireplace was absolutely beautiful. The finish product was even better. We love our new fireplace and curio.

Peter, the owner, assisted initially and was friendly and professional helping us through the permit process. The on-site Supervisor Daniel, for the deck construction, is very friendly and helpful. The crew, Joel and Curtis, are also friendly and helpful working hard and steady through the completion of deck. Finally, Ben, the other Owner, is very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. "From start to finish Chris and his two workers exceeded my expectations. Start date and finish date was completed on schedule. The workers showed up “EVERY DAY” on time. While the workers were performing their work Chris brought them all the materials needed so there was no hold ups. This patio was built tornado proof and the stand alone patio roof with a smoked polycarbonate really complimented the whole job. The 6’ stairs off the patio was also bulletproof proof with aluminum hand rails off each side. Every day when the workers went home they made sure there was no mess left. Upon completion of the (6) day job from demo to build the professionalism clearly deserved an A+. Chris also checked to make sure there was no wobble in the free standing cover. He had his guys come back the following day to add a couple supports to stiffen it up. Chris pay close attention to even the smallest details. This company was a delight to work with and Chris did everything he could to make this a smooth transaction. I would recommend Chris and his crew to anyone needing construction. I kept the crew in “Triple” Chocolate Chip Cookies & RC Cola throughout the job on their break each day. Price quoted was right on, no surprises."
