"Matt and his crew recently remodeled our mudroom/laundry room, to include a foot washing/doggy shower area, beautiful new tile flooring, new lighting, loads of custom cabinetry and custom lockers. We could not be more pleased with the end result and had such a wonderful experience with Matt and his crew. Everyone was very respectful of our home and environment, and cleaned up their work spaces at the end of each and every day. Excellent craftsmanship, communication and professionalism throughout the entire project! Even after things were seemingly said and done, he returned to fix an issue that arose after a final adjustment from a sub-contractor, for which we are extremely grateful! We smile every time we walk into our new, beautifully updated space and look forward to working with MH Renovations again for additional upcoming projects. "Ceaser and his brother were amazing! Another flooring vendor dropped the ball, and they were able to step in and get the job done in just three days - quote, sample and installation. They were very professional, responsive and kept us updated on the progress and status of the job. They jumped through hoops to make this happen for my parents, and we all couldn't be happier. Ceaser even went out of his way to my parents' current home to personally thank them. He even climbed up on the tractor to shake my dad's hand when the job was complete. Even though they are in northern Illinois, I know I will be recommending them to anyone who has a remodeling or flooring job. Thank you!"

"Remodel went extremely well even with material delays (not ordered through Rowe construction.) They were able to pivot and work on different areas of this extensive remodel. This crew showed up every day and notified us if they were not going to come or if they were delayed.They also pointed out and/or were able to troubleshoot areas of design that wouldn’t look aesthetically pleasing. In addition, they cleaned up the interior each day and regularly picked up construction waste placed in the garage during this process."

"My wife and I made the decision to remodel our kitchen but had no idea what we were doing and only a vague vision of what we wanted it to look like. Ed met with us at our house and brought numerous samples of cabinet doors, flooring and counter tops. He spoke with us at length about our vision for the home and helped us figure out a design. He was upfront and honest, assuring us his company would not be the lowest bid but the quality of their work was unmatched, which ultimately held true. He encouraged us to seek additional bids but after meeting with him we weren't interested in doing so. We hired them to redo our flooring for the majority of the second level of our home and completely remodel our kitchen. It took us a long time to pick our materials and I repeatedly bounced ideas off of Ed. Once we had everything picked out Ed ordered the materials and gave us a time frame for when the job would start. We rented a dumpster to do the demolition ourselves. The company ended up delayed on another job and the start date was pushed back a week. Without us asking, Ed contacted the dumpster company and paid for an extended rental so we wouldn't have to remove everything early. That meant a lot to us. When they started the job was primarily completed by Johnny and Frank. They were always on time, were polite, professional and always willing to address our concerns. They worked in our house when we weren't home and even when we were on vacation, we had no issues whatsoever. When the job was close to complete, Johnny went as far as to clean our upstairs and arrange the furniture to look nice for us. They really go above and beyond. We could not be happier with the work they did. Our kitchen is beautiful now, we are so glad we decided to work with Master Craft and Design. To anyone reading this review, hire this company. Do not waste your time dealing with anyone else."

"Mike is awesome !!! Very reliable, take accountability and delivers on-time and with quality. We hired Mike after a friend of ours referred him to us. We had been struggling to find a responsible contractor to get our kitchen, bathroom, and basements remodeled but after meeting Mike and going over the process we knew he is the real deal. We initially did just Kitchen and bathrooms and we were extremely satisfied with quality, timeliness, cleanliness and on-budget delivery of a project. Mike was very reliable and vetted sub-contractors that he hires and all of them do a very good job. Mike kept us informed on progress - what will be done this week, following week, etc - that made it very easy for us to plan activities that we wanted to get done differently. We then hired Mike again after 6 months to get basement remodeled and are very delighted at how it turned out to be. We added a couple of rooms, entertainment area, bathroom, and small kitchen - work was done professionally, with quality and on promised schedule."

"These guys were great! I hired them to install a laminate floor & baseboards in my lower level & they completed it quickly & professionally! I then used them to install a vanity/sink & toilet. Although the my bathroom was not plumbed for this, they were knowledgeable enough to get it done! I will continue to use them for all my handyman needs. Just a couple of nice guys with great talent!"
