"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. "Remodeled an all tile bathroom from the 1960â s. Stripped back to studs. Installed tub/shower surround, new plumbing and glass sliding doors. Also all new LVT flooring, new toilet, new vanity and added a contractor built towel tower, replaced all electrical lights, and added adjustable shelving to bathroom closet. All walls were painted, trim painted and ceiling painted. During the process clear and courteous communications between contractor and home owner. At completion of project the bathroom was exactly as the home owner had envisioned. The contractor kept the work area clean and neat, answered pertinent questions immediately and met all expected issues quickly and professionally. rebuilt our kitchen, and converted our 3 season porch into a heated
sun room. They did everything from the demo work to the final touches of
installing the back splash.
Antonio and his crew, (and I'm lumping in his
subs for the plumbing and electrical parts here), did an outstanding
job on our renovation project. Renovation projects can be stressful and
Antonio did a great job through the whole project. He was always
reachable when we had a question or a concern and always made it a
priority to make sure we were satisfied with the results. In some cases that meant working with us on what we wanted, leaving out samples for us to look at when we got home, or even sending picture text messages to make sure it's what we wanted before doing it. It's those types of things that make a big difference in the final result.
All renovation project encounter problems. In our case we had a few design
issues as well as delays with our counter tops that held up plumbing install and a few other things. First off these are problems that were not caused by
  Antonio's team but rather reinforce the need to hire a team like them who can help you through it and work around it.
Finding the right contractor is as much
about personality fit as it is about finding one with the right skill set. I'm going to level with you. My wife and I can be tough customers. An engineer and   and architectual designer by trade, I'll admit we can be picky about certain parts of the project. Maybe that's an understatement, I don't know, but more importantly I think that says something about our contractor. You have to Antonio for his patience, attention to detail and pride in his work. They were evident throughout the project and most importantly in the final result. I have no reservations about hiring him and his team again for future work to our home.

We interviewed about six different builders all with good ratings from friends or Angie's list. People he works with, electrician, plumber, HVAC were all very professional. Timely. Vinnie came up with this kitchen breakfast bar/island concept. He built it without much of an additional charge to the original quote. Gave us the address from where we could buy a quartz top. That breakfast bar became the central piece of the basement. There was a plain big wall on one side of the basement. Vinne came up with a cost-effective way to turn it into a brick-looking wall perfectly matching brick tiles in the kitchen. He put the kitchen brick tiles in one afternoon, without asking extra on top of the quote. Vinnie guided how best to get custom kitchen cabinets suitable for a basement. He installed the cabinets himself. He had put the crown of the cabinet twice to match two pieces of the crown in color, he did not ask for extra. He helped us choose the best option for flooring for humidity and told us where to find the most cost-effective flooring. He only charged us for putting the flooring down. All this gave us confidence that what he is charging us reasonable, he was not charging us extra on top of the material cost to him since we were buying the material ourselves after making sure that the price/quality was suitable for the project."
