Their sub contractors are all superior craftsman and their quality of work meets the Wright's expectations...and mine. In addition, the Wright's are easy to work with and I consider them friends instead of contractors that remodeled our basement. I highly recommend Cameron and Jordan Wright if you are interested in finding a contractor that does exactly what they say, stay within original contract estimate, and perform out standing quality of work."

"Had Wayne come out to assess some doors and weatherstripping that needed repair. He was polite and knowledgeable, and spent the time to understand my budget and needs. Sent a quote over in a timely manner, but I decided to wait to do the repairs until a later date. I contacted him again a few months later for a re quote and to hire for the work, but he was very inconsistent about getting back to me, and never tried to reschedule any time for me. Had high hopes, but unfortunately would not recommend due to inconsistent and unreliable followup/scheduling."

"The work was completed in a timely manor and overall looks good, during the project Gabe tried to change the scope many times, but ultimately did stick to our quote. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

"I had a great experience with Footprints. Namita, the sales person, was super attentive and worked with my scheduling constraints. She was consultative answer helpful before, during and after the job. Juan did a great job with the floors. It transformed the house and looks fabulous. Jesse was our PM. He was very helpful, although I did have to chase him a few times about things after the job was done (reinstalling the doors and hauling away the large trash in front of the house). 4.5 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. We upgraded to have the vents replaced with wood and stained, but a couple of them donâ t fit. This is a hassle that requires follow up. Additionally, the large trash was not removed when promised and required multiple follow ups. This was very inconvenient as it was still there on moving day and blocked the truck. Overall, I recommend Footprints and would use them again!"

Our remodel was also knocking down a large pole/pillar and half wall and it opened up our entire townhome. The construction work was thorough and tile work was amazing. Best I’ve seen and I’ve been through a few remodels. I’d hire this team again! "
