Both Cameron & Jordan are very transparent, communicative, and hard workers. Another positive about them is they do a lot of the work themselves as they are very skilled in carpentry. They got our basement done on schedule and on budget, which is huge. They also went above and beyond, adding unique features (like a built-in desk for our daughter in the kid's area), and we love it. We would definitely work with them again on our next house and highly recommend them for your project."

"The work was completed in a timely manor and overall looks good, during the project Gabe tried to change the scope many times, but ultimately did stick to our quote. Once work was completed he requested an additional $600 “because we did such a good job” finally within 90 days of having our fence and gate installed the gate began to sag. I contacted Gabe to give him an opportunity to make it right but he did not respond in any capacity. Moral of the story: make sure the work is 1000% because once peppers leaves they won’t return to fix any errors."

"I had a great experience with Footprints. Namita, the sales person, was super attentive and worked with my scheduling constraints. She was consultative answer helpful before, during and after the job. Juan did a great job with the floors. It transformed the house and looks fabulous. Jesse was our PM. He was very helpful, although I did have to chase him a few times about things after the job was done (reinstalling the doors and hauling away the large trash in front of the house). 4.5 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. We upgraded to have the vents replaced with wood and stained, but a couple of them donâ t fit. This is a hassle that requires follow up. Additionally, the large trash was not removed when promised and required multiple follow ups. This was very inconvenient as it was still there on moving day and blocked the truck. Overall, I recommend Footprints and would use them again!"
