Matt took care to match our 20 year old siding, and finish the windows and doors to exactly match the others on the house."

"Ani and his brother were timely, communicative and sent updates when each piece of work was done. The old pool house old building had issues that were revealed as work progressed, and Ani gave me quotes for what each repair would cost. He also helped me pick tile, explain why a floor covering of tile would make more sense than wood in the house. He painted, replaced the roof, created a vent, and created a shutoff switch for the pipe so that a leak might not happen in the future. Above all, the project was completed on time within his estimates. In addition, he was very good to work with and together the project came together very well. He was clear and direct, which is how I like working with someone. I would recommend A&K construction and will definitely hire them again for future projects."

"This is my second time utilizing Sergey and his team at V & S Tile LLC. Four years ago, when we first purchased our home, a 1800s farm house we had them retile our floors in the kitchen, pantry, and bathroom. The floors at the time were horrible and pitched and they did an excellent job on making the floors look beautiful. When it came time to remodel our bathroom we first received a quote from a larger company. We wanted a second quote to compare it to and were happy to find the V & S Tile also did bathroom remodels. Sergey was quick to come out for a quote, took a lot of time to ask all of the important questions, gather measurements, and take photographs. V & S Tile’s quote was several thousands of dollars less than that of the other company. Throughout the length of the project I was impressed by both the hard work and friendly demeanor of V & S’s employees. During the week the only time I really seen them slow down or stop working was when they had conversations with me about the work or the property in general. The group as a whole seemed to take pride in their work and operate like a family business. Upon completion my wife and I were both very pleased with the project. Sergey’s team completed the work ahead of what the larger company had quoted which we were also grateful for as it meant use of the bathroom sooner. Gary, Bill, Mike and Joe were true professionals. The proposal we received was very detailed offering several options for the work we needed done to improve the ventilation and insulation in our two attics. We received daily texts letting us know their arrival time, photos of the progress and daily status updates on what was done and what was next. They took great care in covering up our furniture and floors, putting up plastic, etc. They did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day and their final cleanup at the end of the job was outstanding. Our property looks like they were never here. They did everything they said they were going to do and more. While they were here they found a couple additional items that needed to be corrected and promptly made the repairs. We can't say enough about the outstanding work they did. We worked together to find a good looking handrail system with embedded lighting. Mike took accurate measurements, negotiated supplier price and met his quoted project time-line.
