"Above and Beyond Construction recently completed an almost whole-house renovation including a family room addition, a fully remodeled kitchen, relocated stairways, three bathrooms, and a finished basement. The addition seamlessly blends with the original spaces, making it feel like a natural extension of my home. The work is detailed and outstanding to the point that visitors do not know where the original 1911 house ends and the 2024 house begins. The highly skilled craftsmen matched the woodwork details of the original house to the new addition perfectly. Chester is easy to work with, has a positive outlook, and a good sense of humor. He will work with you to answer questions, provide suggestions, and address concerns throughout the renovation process. Above and Beyond transformed my little frame house from an outdated, decades-neglected, design and décor calamity left by the prior owners into an elegant space that honors tradition yet transcends centuries."

"We had a great experience working with Top Bros construction and remodeling. They fully removed our tile and wood flooring and installed LVP that we had provided. They also installed new trim and baseboards throughout, which look great. They were timely and efficient. We are very happy with the outcome!"

"Very professional. Although bathroom was semi refinished, due to all the problems we had had with the company who had done the basement, we decided not to let the remodelers install the toilet and pedestal sink. Good call as it turned out to be more complex and I shudder to think what the original remodelers would have hacked in order to do it. The sink drain pipe had been torn off during demo and one of the two the two bolts on the floor for securing the toilet had also been sheared off. Paul told me that it would take more time then the big deal we purchased and also let me know about the extra charges for materials due to the situation. He was able to get the pedestal sink with faucet properly installed on the first visit. Then he called to let me know he had purchased the parts for the toilet install a few days later, came to our house at the appointed time and finished the toilet install. He invoiced me promptly via email and I was able to pay the extras via credit card. Both fixtures work well. Although it ended up costing about twice what we paid for the big deal, in the end we got a quality job from a very professional and knowledgeable plumber.

"Tom was absolutely fantastic to work with. He did two bathroom remodels for us, and we are very pleased with both. From the beginning of the projects, Tom was very detailed in going over the scope of the work and all the details and loose ends that we didn’t think of. This helped the project turn out exactly the way we wanted it to. As far as the work itself, Tom may be one of the most meticulous, detailed and neat people I’ve ever worked with. Trust me, he has higher expectations of himself than you could possibly have of him! At the end of each day everything was tidied up, vacuumed and in its place. The work was done within the stated timeline and we couldn’t be more pleased."

"Jerry remodeled my basement last year before I sold my house. Also painted living room and dining room and replaced light fixture. He and his partner were courteous, hard-working and neat. They did a great job. My house sold in 3 days-I think partly because of the good work Jerry did."

"Ryan was great and easy to work with. He helped us through the process. The work was very good and the cost was reasonable. Ryan and his crew were very professional and respectful. They were always on time and never felt like they were working on other projects and and never felt like they were falling behind. We love the remodel and everyone that has come over have been super impressed. We would recommend Ryan and his team for your remodel needs."

"Great work done by this team. They worked with me to make sure my bathroom project was handled right start to finish. Christian and Joe were very communicative and responsive and I would recommend them to anyone looking to do kitchen or bath work in their home"

"Gordon’s team did a really good job remodeling my bathroom and my unfinished basement. Their new drywall & flooring installation work great and they did a good job with the plumbing & electrical adjustments I needed done. They cleaned up the mess they made daily and tried to keep the rest of the house clean and dust free. Total cost for both basement & bathroom remodel was $23900. There were some additional remodeling costs that I didn’t budget for initially but Gordon was willing to work with me on making payments for the additional features that were added to the remodel. Overall they are a good company and I’m happy with the work they did."

"Don and his crew did a great job on our bathroom remodel. They were courteous and professional, very detail-oriented. They were always punctual and dependable. They used drop cloths throughout the work areas and cleaned up as the work progressed. Don and his crew provided us with design details that enhanced the final product. As hard as it may seem to believe, the bathroom seems greater in size than the original measurements, even though they remained the same. The price was in keeping with other quotes that we had received. We highly recommend Don's company."

"KSR has done 2 jobs at my home (a full bath remodel and a basement living room) both excellent work! Very easy to communicate with. Work was completed on the established timeline (even a little quicker than expected). Good attention to small details. Would definitely recommend to others."
