"I recently had a recessed ceiling range hood installed, and this crew exceeded my expectations. They clearly had deep experience with this kind of setup and managed the entire project smoothly—from adding new wiring to routing ductwork through the ceiling. I hadn’t seen this type of installation in anyone else’s home, so I was a bit unsure going in. But their attention to detail and confident approach quickly put my mind at ease. The final result looks great and works flawlessly. I’d highly recommend them to anyone planning a kitchen upgrade."

"After receiving several quotes from various contractors, we were extremely happy to have found DAL Builders to complete our kitchen remodel. Tim, David and their team were terrific. Tim came up with the best use of space for our kitchen: He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions to expand on our ideas. Tim applied for permits and worked with our village in order to comply with codes/restrictions. Additionally, he coordinated with our suppliers to pick up/deliver materials which made our remodel easier. Like all projects, unknown issues came up; DAL Builders didn’t miss a beat – they regrouped and found solutions. Tim kept to our budget. We ended up paying more than quoted, but this was due to unforeseen issues that were out of his control or for items that were added during the process. Tim also gave credits for unused materials. Tim and Dave are honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. They respond to questions quickly and kept us up-to-date on scheduling. Everyone on the team is skilled, experienced, courteous, and incredibly accommodating. We specifically appreciated their attention to detail. We have already scheduled our next project with DAL Builders and have recommended their services to our family and friends."

"Jorge from JRG Remodeling came out quickly to look at what I needed and promptly provided a quote. I thought it was fair and hired him soon thereafter. The next day his team showed up and started the work and finished it the next day. It was a small project, but Jorge didn't treat it like one, and quickly quoted abd completed the job. I would definitely hire him again for future projects."

"Jim and his crew did a FANTASTIC job of completely remodeling my two kitchens and bathrooms in my two flat building. These projects included beautiful new cabinets and counter tops ,lighting, electrical outlets, plumbing and flooring. These were complete remodels and they are beautiful and functional. The work was completed on time as scheduled at a fair price. Jim has done many other jobs for me throughout the years including all new windows and all of his work has been excellent grade A work. I would highly recommend him for all your remodeling needs."

"Envy has done two bathroom remodels for me and later a laundry room remodel. Team does excellent work and are super easy to work with."

"Jeremy did a fantastic job with our first floor remodel. We had a vision of what we wanted to do and Jeremy offered many more professional ideas to make our first floor completely upgraded. He always kept us updated with a timeline of tasks and made sure the plumber, electrician and painters were all scheduled to get their work done on time. He only works with the best! We are so impressed, we asked him to remodel our 2nd floor as well."

"The results are really nice, but just took too long to complete, otherwise our project would have been rated "A". The process started in late September 2019 when we were asking for estimates. We really liked working with Teresa and selected Excel for the project in November 2019. We got scheduled for January 6th, 2020 to start a project which was to take 2 to 3 weeks. Roman did the remodel and he was fantastic. Great workmanship and easy to schedule with. While 95% of the project was completed in three weeks, delays with the walk-in shower glass and the linen closet doors pushed that remaining 5% completion out weeks. Covid-19 then added to the delays. The linen closet doors were finally delivered on May 5th, 2020. We are happy with the end result, even after the delays."

"It was a difficult project. It’s one of those small houses in Nortbrook where they are predominantly have car ports instead of a garage or a garage that was converted to an extra room. It was a project with many challenges structurally as well as meeting the strict NB codes. It was more than we thought price wise but again things came up unexpectedly. Ricky is a very clever and experienced guy, fantastic. Throughout the short journey was Ivona. Ivona is very responsive and gets back to you immediately. They are so lucky to have her. Thank you again Ivona, Ricky and the guys. I am so glad I went with this company. I love my garage."

"Hector was fantastic. He did a total renovation on our kitchen and replace the vanity in our powder room. He painted the majority of our first floor house and sanded the floor and stained our hardwood floor. His work is awesome and very nice person to deal with. He finished the work on time and works from 8:00 am to 4:00 every day. I would definitely recommend MC remodeling. Thank you Hector for job well done ! Mar & Claire !"

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. Do yourself a favor and for your next major home remodel/renovation work with Angelo and A.P. Builder!"
