Project involved some demolition, building a raised addition per architectural drawings, new roof, support beams, siding and trusses, resoffet and refacia, flashing. The team of two were very professional, courteous and worked well together. The project took place over the winter, and they came on site everyday they could. Any issues with drawings were resolved. Cost was reasonable and Greg provided detailed invoices. Any work not performed was not charged - as we did some work ourselves. The project took time, but in winter youâ ll have that. Subs for gutter and roof were ok. Shingles installation cost was more than expected. We would recommend Gerrard for any remodel job."
