"These guys put the ‘master’ back in ‘craftsman’! Once on the job, they are on-the-job! Professionals, they will arrive early, work all day and clean up their mess before leaving. If there’s a question about how to address an issue, they will ask the customer, but always have solutions to offer. Make sure you have all the items you’re responsible for ordered (appliances, counter top, cabinets, faucet, hardware etc.) and in-house, or with delivery dates because you will have trouble keeping up with them once they start! Quality of work is outstanding and always with an attention to detail. The job stayed on budget, all additional work was done under change orders – except one instance. Make certain to ask whether any changes being discussed come under the scope of the contract or are additional work. This is particularly important with sub-contractors like plumbing and electrical."

"The experience started with meeting at our house where we discussed our needs and expectations for a completed carport to garage conversion. Our needs and expectations were listened to and in the end, we have a new garage that appears as though was original to the house. That was our main goal and it was met. We live in a county where permits are not an easy feat, especially with new structures/additions. Prior to calling Bella Brothers, we had hit a wall with several other companies that couldn’t get the proper permits. After being referred to Bella Brothers, Tom and his team were able to process all the proper paperwork, architectural drawings, phone calls and meetings with our county. After some serious behind the scenes work was put in, only then could the real work begin as permits were granted. They started the job during the time frame they had estimated. The men who showed up were courteous and professional. They kept the job site clean while working and after. We were excited every day to see the progress that quickly was unfolding. The job was finished in less time then they had estimated and we were thrilled. "I used Basement Guru's for a multi-project situation at my house in spring 2021. Dan was super professional and courteous and very helpful - as was his team that showed up to do the actual work. One major thing I liked is that they were able to accomplish a bunch of projects for me. It was easy to find one company to do a french drain - and another to do a new window well - but - in addition - I had three other projects - for a total of 5 to get completed at once! Basement Guru's was able to fix ALL of these issues for me! Getting water in my finished basement was horrible for me and my family - in a room we use daily. Dan and his team made the process to get it fixed as easy as possible and with great communication and concern for my and my families well being. I literally had 10 companies come and give me quotes and their opinions. 3 of them tried to sell me on something that was obviously NOT needed. 2 were terrible communicators - I had to chase after them to get a quote! The rest - couldn't do ALL of the work - just some of the work. Before posting this - I was reading some of the other reviews Basement Gurus received. Like anything else - perception is certainly everything. I am the kind of person that does a ton of research and gets a bunch of quotes. Customer service is very important to me. Certainly, there is absolutely no way a company can please everybody - and have every job go 100% well - its just not possible. Was I completely 100% satisfied with everything this company did for me? Of course not. However, I will say this - Dan and his team went out of their way to make things right and to make me happy. Do i recommend them? YES !! But, even more important........Would I hire them again??? - absolutely!"

Right from the start the company and the team handling my remodel were Excellent. My salesperson Adam T. was professional and always available when I need a question answered, the Phenomenal job that Matt S and Will H did to install my new bathroom.. although it took two days ( old 1970 tiles made the job extra challenging). They were professional, arrived on time and the clean up was amazingâ ¦ NO MESS left behind. The finished product Absolutely Beautiful!!
