They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "I called JD and he came over that afternoon and looked the projects
over. He called me back with the estimate within an hour. After I gave
him the go ahead and the agreed up front money he told me when he would
start. He started on time and did a very good job. There were a couple
of things that we had not specifically discussed, such as putting some
extra support under one end of the deck, which was needed,  that he did
without me asking and without charging extra.  I am very satisfied with
his work and am already lining up the next project for him.

"Performed free evaluation of our home's foundation as we have had some cracked tiles in bathroom and sheet rock cracking in another area.  Our house is a crawl space home. We wanted to make sure that there weren't any foundation issues that were the source of the problems before doing a repair on those areas.  The evaluator was fair and honest and said that there were not any issues with the foundation that needed repair. In fact he said our foundation was better than most.
