My winter lawn was spot clean, thatched, edged, the flower beds from last year cut down for new growth to spring up, and with their powerful blowers pathways and driveway were also spotless when they left. I never had such a positive experience with any Lawn Service. Oscar also comes weekly to mow the lawn. "Simply put, you will NOT find a better, more honest, more helpful, more easy-to-work-with, reasonably priced contractor than John Lee and his crew at J & K Home Improvement & Restoration! We had a "complicated" set of circumstances when our home was damaged by a storm, last winter. The insurance company sent out an estimator to assess the damage and, after the company recommended J & K Home Improvement & Restoration, I was introduced to John Lee. I eventually learned that John also does estimates for a variety of insurance companies (because his company is so well regarded), and he patiently listened as I described the nuances associated with our house. During our initial consultation, he was able to clearly describe all of the steps that would be necessary and answer all of our questions. Long story short, not only was John able to address EVERY single concern and request that we had regarding the eventual repairs to the house (including roof, siding, and a window upgrade that would have cost much more if we had done it at a later time), but he spent plenty of extra time making sure that everything we had talked about was addressed to our 100% satisfaction! He was also able to persuade the insurance company to cover more complete repairs than was originally specified by the first adjuster! In addition, when we had an electrical "hiccup" associated with all the pounding on the walls, John quickly sent an expert electrician to locate and correct the problem. He absolutely could have passed those charges on to us because the failure wasn't due to any mistake on the part of his crew but, instead, he picked up the unanticipated expense himself. It was truly a pleasure to work with John! He made a difficult situation as easy to manage as possible, and we would strongly recommend J & K Home Improvement & Restoration to anyone who wants to hire a quality contractor that stands behind their work and well-earned reputation!"

"Kevin was my sales guy and was super responsive every step of the way. We started about two-three weeks after the contract was signed which gave us enough time to shop for our vanities, light fixtures, mirrors and other finishing touches. Century City supplied everything else. A big reason I chose this company was that they do custom showers and will make whatever size shower your heart desires. Others try to sell you on stock sizes and acrylic. They also take credit card payments which proves their legitimacy. Octavio, Andrii and Tino started on time and performed the remodel over 2 weeks and 3 days. Whenever there was a barrier to completion, the three of them worked to fix/remedy quickly. For instance my piping was above ground, and they worked to re-do everything under the flooring so that everything was hidden. There were also some obstacles that they were able to overcome. I spent the most time with Octavio and he is a hard worker, extremely professional, skilled and had a positive can do attitude. Andrii did the tile work in the shower and the piping and was a perfectionist. I had a couple minor requests at the end of the major work, and Tom (my consultant) got his guys to come back within 1-2 days to fix. Overall, I highly recommend this company and commend their professionalism and high quality work. Bravo!"
