"They did a great job thank you"

"Jason has done a lot of remodel work in our house. He redid our entire kitchen from the floor to the ceiling. They removed a drop ceiling, installed new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, and flooring. They most recently completed a floor to ceiling fireplace wall in the living room. I’m always impressed with Jason’s creativity and problem-solving during remodels. No issue too big or small that he can’t find a solution! I enjoy that they stay in daily contact with the status of the project and any obstacles that arise."

"I was surprised how quickly I was able to schedule them to come out. Even though it was a small repair, the cabinet door hinge needed to be repaired before the door was damaged. They got right to work, bought a new hinge when the one there was damaged beyond repair, installed the new hinges quickly, and cleaned up quickly. I appreciate the work they did and will absolutely recommend them to friends needing work done and will call on them again."

"The contractor did excellent work at a reasonable price. After finding numerous flaws with the current siding, I decided to do the whole house. I was able to talk with the contractor as the work proceeded and he answered all my questions. He corrected several issues that contributed to the degradation of the existing siding to ensure the new siding would last. After installing the siding he painted the entire house and added extra touches that really set the house off. Needless to say I am extremely pleased with the high quality of work, attention to detail, and the overall project."

"These guys are really great! Ryan kept us up to date on all the work that was happening and when to expect them and how long it would take. That is rare today as we have been dealing with many trades people and they don't seem to care whether we are happy or not. They don't keep us up to date or even finish the work in a timely manner. Q Lawn is always on top of everything and make sure we are happy with their work by checking in frequently. You won't go wrong by hiring them and I am sure you will be just as pleased as we are with any job they undertake for you."

"With DMI Innovations, you will never find a better combination of professionalism, incredibly skilled workmanship and communication with clients. So many companies are lacking in one or more of these things, but DMI definitely has all three. Our first project included hail damage repair to the inside and outside of our house, as well as removing a "popcorn" ceiling in many rooms and installing new ceiling fans and electrical outlets. Our second project a year later in a different house was a multi-room remodel including removing an existing bedroom closet and building a walk in closet , the laundry room was relocated from downstairs to the main level and also became a mudroom with a new exterior door, the pre-existing laundry room was transformed into a bedroom, a bathroom was remodeled and concrete work was done on the back patio. Juan is highly skilled in many areas, is very conscientious with his work and is very friendly. His years of experience are definitely shown through his work and he often gives helpful information. The office manager, Rachelle, is incredibly organized and responds to any communication very promptly. She sends out very informative emails and we found the weekly schedule she creates for the project to be especially helpful . We had not experienced this with other contractors. We have worked with DMI twice and each time has been a wonderful experience. We appreciate that ideas and suggestions were able to be discussed without intimidation. We feel they charge a reasonable price for the excellent quality of work that is done. If we have future projects, we definitely will be hiring DMI Innovations again and we HIGHLY recommend this company."

"It was great. The work was done nicely."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Joe made a timely estimate and upgrade to my laundry room. They replaced the counter top with stone that they custom cut, painted, changed the light fixtures, and changed all of the cabinetry/door hardware!  Great job."
