"I could tell from the minute Stan Petriyenko of Superior Building Concepts came to give me a bid on my primary bathroom remodel that he was an experienced and knowledgeable professional. He measured carefully, listened to what I hoped to do asking pertinent questions. He also brought up ideas I hadn’t thought of. He provided a thorough and detailed bid. After I accepted the bid he did a fantastic job of keeping me informed on the schedule and this continued throughout the project. I was always informed about what would be happening next on the project and the times he or his subcontractors would arrive. At the start of the remodel Stan met me at the plumbing supply and tile / countertop showrooms and gave me helpful tips and recommendations on products. He next set up dust shielding and floor / carpet protection. The work area and path from the entry door were kept organized and clean throughout. All of the subs used were experienced providing excellent workmanship."

Remodel included all new LVP floors with baseboards throughout, all new interior doors including trim, window trim, complete guest bathroom with custom built vanity and cabinet heated tile floors, complete kitchen remodel with custom cabinets new countertop tiled backsplash vent hood lighting and custom built-in bar area with cabinets, complete master bathroom with new tile heated flooring walk in shower with custom glass door vanity and storage cabinet. Key points: ON BUDGET! In any extensive remodel things always come up. Art and his team have great customer service! If anything needs to be fixed or changed Art immediately had somebody on it, no questions asked and made sure we were satisfied. There were some delays due to supply issues from dealers but Art ensured our project was complete and done to our standards as quickly as possible. He made some suggestions for additional work. Some we accepted. If we said no there was no hassling. The tile guy he used did some of the best work I've seen. Overall we love our remodel!"
