"I purchased a bank owned home back in mid 2015 with the intention of fixing it up and renting it out.  I had to contract out several of the jobs that I could not personally do.  Steger Renovations was able to do the majority of renovations inside the home from the remodeling of the kitchen and bathrooms to the drywall, painting and trim work and doors.  I know that Steger Renovation is also very good with tile work, deck work, demo work and the professional finishing of basements or room additions.  I was very satisfied with their work and would recommend Steger Renovation for your next home project!"

"In 2024 I had the Master Bathroom totally remodeled. In May 2025 my main bathroom was totally remodeled. I am so pleased with the work. I feel that Rob and Brian ensure the personal touch that meets your expectations. Their work is meticulously and well done. They are unbothered by questions because they want to make sure that you are happy with the final product. Thank you both."

"We had storm damage to a deck roof. They came out and gave us an estimate for the replacement. It was very reasonable price and they used the undamaged mountings. They had very good customer service and the job was done very quickly. They did a good cleanup and we would definitely recommend this company."

"Greg recently completed the remodeling of two of our bathrooms. His work was excellent and he was very easy to work with. He explained what he was doing and kept us up-to-date on progress. When there were changes he asked for our input and explained the impact to the cost and timing of the project."

"We had ARK Remodel renovate our downstairs half-bathroom. Every part of the process was easy. They provided custom-work vanities, countertop, and flooring as well as all the plumbing materials and we were pleased with the quality and the variety of options available. We worked specifically with Jean, one of the partners, and he personally oversaw the job from start to finish, stopping in throughout to make sure that everything was on schedule and that we were satisfied with how things were turning out. He provided several notes to the workers to make sure that everything down to the final touches was complete and perfect. Additionally, their workers were organized, unobtrusive, and efficient and, to the extent that it was possible, quiet and tidy."

"We were very pleased with AIS. This is the second time we have utilized this company for exterior remodeling. At our initial consultation, we walked through the requested remodeling and Doug emailed us a quote and contract. An additional walk through was done 24 hours prior to starting our work. Once the work was completed, we had a final walk through to ensure our satisfaction. The work performed was excellent and exactly what we were looking for. The AIS team made suggestions that actually improved upon my original request. We are thrilled with the workmanship and end result!"

"Dave Richards Home Improvement did an AMAZING job from start to finish on our basement. Bruce reached out to us same day as our inquiry and scheduled a in-home consultation within 1-2 days. When he came out...he was very friendly, personable and professional. He worked up and reviewed the quote with us that evening which was a very fair price. Other contractors took 10-14 days to provide quotes and were well outside our budget. Another separating characteristic of Dave Richards Home Improvement is that they have different crews for the different phases. Week 1...Flavio came out an did all the framing. Week 2...Mikey, Ashley and Brian came out to do plumbing/electrical/insulation. Week 3...Drywall crew came out to hang/patch/sand. Week 4 & 5...Flooring crew lays LVP/molding and Mikey's crew paints/finishing fixtures. Needless to say they are super efficient and flexible with our needs. The project was completed and exceeded our expectations...with the bonus being that our space was useable prior family guests coming for Christmas. We really enjoyed working on our basement project with Dave Richards Home Improvement and highly recommend them to anyone. If you're serious about remodeling your space...you need to contact Dave Richards as he and his team have the knowledge, experience and ability to execute a high quality project at an affordable price in a timely manner. Big THANK YOU to the whole team at Dave Richards Home Improvement for bringing my vision to life and providing my family with the additional space we need entertain, visit, work, play and relax!"

"Great communication, excellent work. He remodeled my kitchen and I'm very happy with the results. Would hire again."

"Brandon's work was amazing, he carried out a total transformation of the exterior of my barn and added a deck to the side."

"Anthony (Sales) was very patient and understanding. Kyle (Estimator) was very friendly. He was attentive and gave no impressions of trying to rush the process. Unfortunately, my home repair budget was hit with some unexpected expenses and therefore needed to mothball my bathroom project to a later date."
