"I have always done my own carpentry electrical tile plumbing but due to age and physical limitations I was concerned about hiring out the removal of a key load bearing header and wall. Vic and I went into the attic and he explained to me his approach to this project he understood the engineering right away he and his Nephew David a very polite young courteous and professional young man finished this job in one day including cleaning up the area and hauling the scrap material away. "Alex was recommended to me by a neighbor in a time of great need when my previously scheduled window installer let me down. He saved my entire project (a huge kitchen and family room remodel) from coming to a screeching halt. His guys ended up completing all of the framing, siding and window installation for 3 large rooms and they did a great job! Alex was responsive when a problem arose (not their fault) and had it fixed as swiftly as possible. His guys cleaned up well and were pleasant to be around. We solicited bids for our re-model - We selected Springfield Builders for several reasons - Cost and the fact that Tom was on-site every day with his crew working. We didn't want a bunch of sub-contractors on this project. They are reliable and trustworthy! Our kitchen is amazing... or should I say Tom's kitchen is amazing.. We were so happy with the craftsmanship, that we had them remodel our master bathroom. A year later and Tom still responds to our call and inquiries.... He just got us some touch up paint.
