"I was able to meet with Michael a week or so after my initial call to the company. He came to my home to view the site and discuss the details of what I wanted to have done. I appreciated his suggestions, and the photos he was able to provide gave me a good idea of how it would turn out. A remaining concern was getting it done by July 11. In spite of their busy schedule, I was assured they could do it by then. Michael kept me informed about their plans to get started and arrived mid-week to review the details with his job foreman. The crew arrived at 7 am on Thurs July 6 to begin preparing the site, and worked 2 long days (in 99� heat) to have it completed Friday evening. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
