"Stan and his crew did a beautiful, thorough, clean and detailed job rebuilding our 14x30 ft deck. He walked us through the whole process in buying trek, what to look out for and he did such a great job that my neighbors across the street hired him for their deck. Stan has done so many projects around our house (remodeled bathroom, replaced door wall, front door, replaced some of our siding and so much more) and we’ve been so pleased with everything he’s touched, it’s a no brained we let him do our deck too. You’ll never be disappointed. He doesn’t change the price on you mid project and he’s very reliable and always finishes when he says he will."

"They were everything we needed. Very communicative all the way. Got in quickly to do this repair for us. They kept their word for when they would arrive, how long the job would take and got everything done quickly and efficiently."

"I hired Joshua to do a master bathroom remodel and can't say enough about the quality, professionalism and integrity that he displayed throughout the entire process. Not only was he thorough, skilled, punctual, neat and communicative,, his subcontractors were as well. Joshua treated his trades people with respect and consideration and that was reflected in the work that they did for him on my job. Together they delivered a project that was both on time and beautifully executed. I was an interior designer for many years and worked with a myriad of different contractors. Joshua stands head and shoulders above anyone I have worked with previously and I would not hesitate to recommend Rutledge Construction."

"Looking for a contractor for your remodeling job? We give John Wood five stars. We hired John Wood of JAW Construction to transform a building shell originally intended to be a shop for building trusses into a small house (officially an auxiliary dwelling unit or ADU) and are thrilled we found him. The job required skills that extended beyond new construction to include the insight, skill and craftsmanship of a highly experienced remodeling expert. He possessed these in spades. Beyond his own expertise, he has assembled a set of sub-contractors that are excellent craftsmen in their own areas of expertise. The job was doubly challenging given that for much of the construction period we were out of state getting our old home ready for sale. This also meant that an extra element of trust was involved. John sent us pictures of the progress, so that we could monitor from a distance. In addition, he was able to identify and rectify several flaws in our design. As with any large construction/remodeling project, there were some unexpected expenses that came up, but John worked with us to help limit cost overruns, sometimes foregoing profits. He was also always up front about the costs of the various components. Our new home is gorgeous and reflects his sharp eye for detail. We couldn’t be happier. In short, if you want a highly skilled, trustworthy, hardworking contractor for your large (or small) job, we highly recommend John Wood of JAW Construction."

"There are few words to describe how pleased my wife and I were with the
work that Jay Bemis at Timeless Construction did on our recent remodel
and addition which took place in 2015- 2016.  After interviewing several
contractors we chose to work with Jay.  It was clear to me from our
first meeting - he had the ability and experience to do the job.

Our project was large in scale ($600,000 + ) technical, complicated, and
very challenging with many moving parts.   The addition of nearly 1000
sq feet to our home required the complete removal of our roof  and
rebuilding of much of the existing structure.  In addition, we did a
complete kitchen renovation, outside deck, new roof, and a concrete
patio.  Jay was responsible for all phases of the project; from
excavation, foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, A/V etc., to the
finish work.  We were extremely happy with his eye for detail and
quality of workmanship.

This was true, not only for himself and his crew, but for all his subcontractors.
His crew and his subcontractors were on the job site and - on time - everyday, respectful
of my home, my family and our needs as we lived in our home as the
renovation and construction took place over 15 months.  This being my
5th remodeling experience - working with such a crew was a pleasure!

I found Jay?s pricing to be more than competitive and his input and
options to be rock solid.  He was easy to work and his constant
communication on the project was refreshing.  He was on the job site or
involved with the work underway on a daily basis.

It is without hesitation that I would recommend Jay Bemis to anyone considering a
construction or renovation project; you simply can not do better."

"I could not be more pleased with the process and outcome that Ron Houghton provided. I truly enjoyed having him work on my bathroom project. He was easy (and fun) to work with and listened to my input. He was here every day and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that I was happy with the results. He and his subcontractors have worked together for years and were very professional. Even with a couple of unforeseen delays in materials, due to covid and fires, the entire process went smoothly. I am absolutely thrilled with my beautiful new bathroom. Ron will be the first one I call when I’m ready for additional remodeling! We’ve already discussed a kitchen remodel in the Spring."

"We have hired Paul and his team for several projects in the past several years, most recently for a kitchen remodel. He is professional, honest, the work is done to a high standard and we trust his judgment. He has replaced our windows, remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms, remodeled our bedroom , built a new deck and made cedar siding to match existing cedar siding on our home perfectly. We highly recommend him."

"A pleasure to have this remodeling team in my house: Reliable, resourceful, responsive, respectful."

"We hired Steller Construction and Remodeling LLC to build a deck/Catio in May 2024. Micha (the Owner) was straightforward to work with and reach throughout the process. We are retired and live on a set income. Even though we had some lower estimates from other companies, we felt so confident with Micha's (the owner) ideas that, after looking at other reviews/images of this company, we decided to go with Steller Construction. Micha's team was absolutely amazing !!! Ray, our project's lead employee/carpenter, was very knowledgeable, considerate, and had an unbelievable work ethic! The rest of the team did an awesome job as well. They communicated well throughout the whole job always checking in with us to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were professional and very polite everyday. At the end of each they completely cleaned up the area. We have worked with one other construction company and a roofing company when we did some remodling on our last home and did not have a good experience with either company. We were very nervous about having to go through another bad experience. We were so pleasantly surprised that Steller Construction turned out to be a great decision! Our deck/catio is beautiful and we love it! If you have any construction/remodeling needs contact Micah at Steller ConstructionI you will not be disappointed!"

"We are so happy that we went with Isaiah and his team at Robin Renovation! The projects included new hardwood flooring in two rooms and on stairs, gas fireplace insert replacement, lots of tiling and drywall. All of the employees who came to our home did exceptional work along with being communicative, tidy and patient with our dogs. I received continual updates from scheduling manager Jodi who kept meticulous details about all of the simultaneous projects. The cost of the work was well worth it the quality. I highly recommended Robin Renovation for anyone needing renovations!"
