"We are very satisfied with this company! They were able to squeeze us in for a bathroom remodel about a month before they originally estimated. They finished the work in three days. Our home has a 1950s bathroom that had ugly pink floor tile and burgundy wall tile that covered most of the bathroom. They removed all of it and installed a new tub with stone walls, new flooring, and drywall on the other walls. They do not mud and tape drywall, so we had to do that on our own once they finished. The quotes we got from other companies were 2-3X more expensive. We are very satisfied with their work! Thanks HOMEPROUSA!"

"After a night of heavy rains I woke up to a leak in my den ceiling. My roof is 20 years old and has a very high pitch (12/12 pitch). I didn't know who to call so I queried the Next Door app and found Terry from Dynamic Construction Co. Terry arrived approx 2 hrs later and quoted me a very reasonable price. I was expecting that he was going to try to up sell me a new roof for 20k, but I was pleasantly surprised when he told me my roof was in great shape and that all I needed was a 10.00 rubber boot to replace the deteriorated boot on my bathroom vent. "Very impressed by the craftmanship and professional nature of All Brick Design. Our 30 year old house had a 30 year wooden deck that was falling apart and we wanted to replace it with a brick patio. All Brick came out and worked us not only on what was possible, but was able to customize it to fit our needs and our budget. They also urged us to get our chimney's recapped so that we did not have future issues which we decided to do as well. Given how late in the season we had them come out, it seemed likely that our new patio would be built in the spring of 2021, but they were able to fit us in at the end of their 2020 season and we couldn't have been happier with the results. The crew that showed up was not only knowledgeable but very concerned with consulting us on decisions both large and small. They worked full days and were at our house on all days that weather permitted. Every day it was easy to see the progress they were making, and it was clear that they were not just interested in getting the job done, but getting it done correctly. This large job was completed in a week (from tear down to final walk through) and the quality was top notch. We were also impressed that not only our direct line of contact Art was on the site numerous times throughout the job but also that we received a few calls from the owners to ensure that we were happy with how the job was coming together. "We hired Mark to complete a 1,000 sq ft full basement renovation to provide a laundry room, office space, family room, and bathroom. The renovation included correcting the integrity of our stairway and landing, installing a full bath with a large Euro shower, installing an egress window, leveling and sealing the floors in laundry room and utility room, and updating electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Mark and his team were a pleasure to work with. Mark always kept us up to date on the progress of the project and schedule for completion. As can happen with any construction project, there were a few hiccups in timing that were out of anyone's control (i.e. weather delaying egress window, back ordered vanity). Mark contacted us immediately when an issue arose and presented us with alternative solutions to keep the project moving forward. I greatly appreciated Mark's open line of communication and updates on the project status. The level of professionalism displayed by Mark and his team was superior! The work site was always kept clean and tidy. I have two young children and the crew was always respectful of our home and keeping the work area clean and safe. Mark's dedication to ensuring the quality of his work was outstanding! After the installation of the new vanity, (due to the back order of the original vanity) the placement of the light fixture was off about 1.5 inches. Mark came back and cut and repaired the drywall and moved the electrical mounting, just to ensure the light fixture was placed in the perfect location. We are beyond thrilled with the finished work! Most of our family time is now spent in the finished basement. I can't wait to have Mark return and build an addition for a master suite!"
