"The contractor was very prompt, gave a competitive estimate, and provided excellent work. Very good communication. We are very pleased with the finished product. I would not hesitate hiring Mr. Woodard for future projects."

"Sales and installers all showed up when they said they would and were very professional. Our installers did a fantastic job and the results were absolutely gorgeous. Thanks to the entire Improve It team for being exactly what anyone would want in a remodeling company!!"

"I had an excellent meeting with the local factory representative, which provided details of product options, and thoroughly explained the project plan. I viewed my job as pretty big, with the complete removal of old cedar siding, then the vinal replacement, and the house is 3-stories high. I was amazed the job was completed in 5 days, with excellent cleanup and removal of all old materials. I am very pleased with the results, and I'm already noticing the improvement of heating costs due to the insulated siding."

"We had a great overall experience. Wish they could've done our entire bathroom remodel but they specialized in wet space for bathrooms and some electrical. Our installer Tim was Excellent and did an amazing job!"

"I can’t EXPRESS ENOUGH THE WONDERFUL JOB THESE GUYS AND GALS DOES. They are amazing in what they do nd how they do it. I couldn't ask for a better company to hire. I had recently gotten divorce and since they did such a good job on my kitchen and bath my ex had come by the house and seen the work had been done and has decided that I know my stuff and is wanting to re marry. Lol. All jokes aside really give these guys a shout you won’t be disappointed. I dealt with Landon he seems to be the brain of the company gives good direction and is a perfectionist my opinion. I think they are addicted to work heck you couldn’t get them to go home. Lol Thanks Guys and Gals of Southern Kentucky’s Finest Remodels I will definitely call again and refer you to freinds and family."

"She was fine. We were working long distance and communication took place via phone and email. I would not ever hire someone long distance again for design work unless I see something on their website that is exactly what I like. She was very responsive though and she provided us with pictures of sample furniture and physical designs. I gave her a 'B' because she didn’t take a lot of time to customize the plan to our style. I expected her to adapt to our style, but instead she tried to make our living room fit her style. She seems to have a look that is her style and we actually asked her re-do the plan a few times before we got something usable. In the end, she is very good at what she does and she is very professional, but her design style doesn’t fit our way of living."

"It was okay but the woman who came out was a little bit too concerned about speaking her own mind and I do not think that the time frame was long enough for her to really get a grasp of what it was that we were looking to do. She had some good ideas but it was not enough to convince me to go further and purchase an additional time, however, we had a particularly challenging project. It was not like it was a simple little thing and I threw a lot at her. She was not particularly prepared when she came so we had to spend part of the time getting her prepared. I had sent her an email in advance with the pictures and everything and said, "Here, so that you are going to be thinking about this before our call." And when she got on there, she had not really done that. So, that took some of the time for me to go and say, "Okay, take a look at the email. Here are the pictures." She did not come ready to go with advice and that was a little bit disappointing. The advice that she had was good but it did not solve my problem and it did not convince me to purchase additional time. I was not unhappy with her. It just did not wow me. It was what it was and it was fine. She came out within the time frame that we purchased the deal because we had just purchased the house. We were living in North Carolina and we purchased the house in Florida. We moved on December 2nd so it was between the date that we purchased the deal and December 2nd because we had to talk to her about what we wanted to change about the house before we moved. Ours was not your typical project. If somebody came in and just showed her a picture of a room with blank walls and they wanted her to help decorate it, I think that she could do that but ours was pretty hard."
